Points towards Year-End Awards accrue from the date that MPB membership is received. Points are tabulated as follows :
For classes with 3 or more entries: First = 5 points, Second = 3 points,
Third = 2 points, Fourth = 1 point
For classes with 2 entries: First = 2 points, Second = 1 point
For classes with 1 entry: First = 1 point
Ch=2, Res=1. There must be at least 3 ponies between at least 2 different classes for Championship points to count. Grand and supreme championships do not receive points.
The first number shown in the standings is the number of points accrued and the second number in parentheses is the number of shows (judges) contributing to the points.
The owner listed on the show entry form must be a current
MPB member for points to count.
